Bios

Dr. Jeff Failing, D.C.

Born in New York, New York and raised in Rochester, Dr. Failing is a graduate of Bishop Kearney High School, class of 1989. After graduating, Jeff attended St. John Fisher College and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics in 1994. During his high school and college years Jeff was actively involved in football earning all-league status. Upon his college graduation he attended New York Chiropractic College in Seneca Falls, New York. Jeff earned his doctor of chiropractic degree from NYCC in 1998 and set up his private practice in Irondequoit at 738 Brown Road where he practiced for seven years. In 2005, he moved the Irondequoit Wellness Center to its current location at 1880 East Ridge Road. Jeff has been happily married to his beautiful and loving wife Kelly since 2005.

Dr. Joe Manza, D.C.

Born in Rochester, New York and raised in the town of Irondequoit, Dr. Manza is a graduate of Eastridge High School, class of 1995, where he won three state titles as a member of the marching band. After high school, Joe attended SUNY Fredonia and graduated with a Bachelors of Science degree, majoring in Biology. After graduating from SUNY Fredonia in 2000, Joe attended New York Chiropractic College in Seneca Falls, New York. Joe earned his doctor of chiropractic degree from NYCC in 2004, graduating with honors. He is currently practicing at the Irondequoit Wellness Center. Joe is also studying American Sign Language and in his free time, enjoys hockey and singing karaoke.
